Looking for a full-time Business Operations Administrator. The right candidate must be able to work in a team and work alone under autonomy in a multitasking work environment. Acts as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Senior accounting skills, AR/AP experience, tax reporting, monthly reconciliation, preparation of financial statements for CPA review, strong Quickbooks experience required.

Experience:
- Bookkeeping: 5 years (Preferred)
- Full accounting/bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Keep a detailed record of expenses and income
- Manage customer accounts and supplier accounts
- Prepare, reconcile and analyze cost of sales, transactions and accounts, including preparation of general ledger journal entries
- Prepare financial reports and analysis, including profit and loss (P&L), balance sheet and cash flow statements
- Work on business forecasting and budgeting
- Participate in key HR functions such as payroll and healthcare plan
- Prepare quarterly and annual tax returns
- Carry out current and special projects on request
- Prepare for business renewals
Requirements:
- Accounting: 5 years of experience
- Accounting/bookkeeping: 3 years of experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience – Accountant, Business/Financial Support Specialist or related fields
- Basic understanding of financial reporting
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications
- Mastery of QuickBooks
- Ensure high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, self-motivation, etc.
Compensation:
- Job type: Full time
- Starting salary: $21.00 per hour (salary increase based on experience)
